SHEFFIELD Wednesday caretaker-manager Steve Agnew wants the club’s players to prove they are up to the job before new boss Steve Bruce arrives next month.
Agnew and Stephen Clemence have been placed in charge of the Owls before Bruce takes over and the duo are watching the players closely.
