BONNER REVELS IN NEW ROLE

MARK Bonner has enjoyed the “pressure cooker” of management since taking interim charge of Cambridge.
Joe Dunne left as manager at the start of December.
Bonner’s first league game ended in a 1-0 defeat at Tranmere, but he is enjoying his new role.
“The new side of it for me is being more responsible on match day. I wouldn’t say that’s as enjoyable as Monday to Friday, but it’s business and it’s the day that matters most,” he said.
