FOREST Green have been dealt a double injury blow with news that Liam Shephard and Lee Collins face lengthy spells on the sidelines.
Full-back Shephard has seen a knee specialist and could be out for around a month with a badly bruised knee.
The 23-year-old had been an ever-present in the league for Rovers before his injury, and had scored in each of his last two appearances.
Fellow defender Collins, 30, still waiting for his first start of the league season, could be out for up to six weeks after damaging knee ligaments in training.
