CARLISLE captain Danny Grainger admits he has found sitting on the sidelines very difficult.
The 32-year-old defender has recently returned after missing September and October with a calf injury as Carlisle have struggled.
“It’s hard when the team is losing and you aren’t involved,” Grainger said.
“It’s hard to have your say when you aren’t involved because you’re watching without really knowing how things feel on the pitch. It isn’t about digging people out, because we’re in that dressing room as a group....
