PETERBOROUGH United are consistently inconsistent. They either start well and finish poorly or vice versa. They never get it right over 46 games.
Hopefully for them, this year will be different. The Posh have taken 19 points from a possible 21, despite signing 18 players this summer.
That said, some of them are real quality. Matt Godden has good pace, clever movement - I saw him a lot at Stevenage and he’s the real deal. Midfielder Alex Woodyard was brilliant at Lincoln and Braintree. Ryan Tafazolli, the centre-half, is a cut above League One.
