RUSSELL Milton believes new striker signing Tyrone Barnett is “desperate” to help Cheltenham climb the table.
The 32-year-old has joined the Robins on loan from Port Vale until January.
Interim manager Milton, who took charge following Gary Johnson’s departure, said: “When I spoke to him, Tyrone told me that he is desperate to do well for us and will give his all for the cause.
“We are really pleased to have him on board. Every footballer wants to play and be involved on a match day so this move will give him that chance.”
