BAKAYOKO COUP FOR ROBINS

MARK Robins has revealed Coventry beat several clubs to the signing of striker Amadou Bakayoko from Walsall.
The 22-year-old, who came through the Saddlers’ academy, has joined the Sky Blues on a two-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
Manager Robins said: “We were aware there was interest in him from other clubs, and are very pleased he has chosen to join us. We needed more at the top end of the pitch.”
