MK Dons bring in Forster-Caskey

have re-signed Jake Forster-Caskey on loan from until the end of the season.

The 21-year-old played five times for The earlier this season after arriving at Stadium MK on an emergency loan deal in September.

Forster-Caskey has represented the Under 21 side 15 times and has made over 60 appearances for Brighton since 2010.

After signing a loan deal the midfielder told reporters, “I’m delighted to be back. I’ve obviously been here before, I know what the Club is all about and I just can’t wait to get started.

“I want to play regular . I’m here until the end of the season – I can get my head down and really focus.”

MK Dons manager Karl also expressed his delight at the deal, telling the club’s official website, I’m over the moon that Jake is back. I felt he was a real success in his first spell with us earlier this season and this was highlighted when we looked back and saw he was the top of our attacking stats for a midfield player.

“When he was here before, Darren Potter wasn’t fit and Samir Carruthers wasn’t playing in central midfield and, as a group, this time around I’m sure they will offer good balance.”

He added: “He has got experience of the and on the international stage, while he also understands the roles and responsibilities of what it takes to play for MK Dons.

“I’m really looking forward to working with him again.”

Forster-Caskey will wear the number 44 shirt and is eligible to play against in the Cup tomorrow.
