DAWSON IS DOING HIS BIT…

LEAGUE ONE
BURY captain Stephen Dawson has been nominated for Community Player of the Year in the EFL Awards, which will take place on April 15. Midfielder Dawson has helped drive and promote all the work done within the Bury FC Trust, including volunteering to be the disability and sports ambassador.
The 32-year-old said: “The work the Trust do is brilliant. Supporting them is easy as their work is great.”
Specialist projects manager Donna Godwyn added: “The players bring another element to the work we deliver in the community.”
