EFL chief executive Shaun Harvey admits communication has been poor between the league and Blackpool after a meeting with concerned fans was announced this week.
Blackpool’s accounts, released on Wednesday, show a loss of £2.2m in the season they were promoted back to League One in 2016- 17, up from £1.7m the previous year, meaning the club is currently losing £42,000 every week.
