READING defender Tiago Ilori says a mid-season training camp in Spain last week has helped revitalise the squad as they attempt to climb the table.
Centre-back Ilori, 24, believes the benefits were immediately seen on the pitch in Tuesday night’s 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest.
Reading have struggled in the league, winning only one match since December 2 before this week.
Ilori believes that, despite the progress made during the camp, there is still plenty of work to be done.
