NEWPORT boss Michael Flynn fears he could lose key player Scot Bennett for up to two months.
The 27-year-old injured his hamstring in the 5-0 midweek loss to Mansfield and Flynn revealed the defender was due to have a scan to confirm the damage.
He said: “We don’t know (the extent of it) but I’d say he’s going to be out for between four and eight weeks. “It seemed pretty bad after the game on Tuesday and it was still sore on Wednesday.”
