NORTHAMPTON chairman Kelvin Thomas believes the club’s head of recruitment, Andy Melville, is doing a fine job.
The Cobblers brought in 12 players in the summer transfer window and then signed free agents Lewis McGugan and Ryan McGivern in the autumn. Former Fulham captain Melville, who arrived at Northampton in May 2016, has been a target for unhappy Cobblers supporters, but Thomas has leapt to his defence.
