ROVERS ‘BEST ON COUNTER’

BLACKBURN have finally found their identity this season as a potent counterattacking force, according to boss Tony Mowbray.
An improved clinical edge in front of goal had seen Blackburn go six league games unbeaten before the weekend and Mowbray knows exactly how that has happened.
“The team is developing and growing and it’s not necessarily a ball domination side,” he said. “I don’t see us having 75 per cent possession in games but I do see a team that can turn the ball over and be a threat instantly.
