ROYALS ‘COOLING WILSON INTEREST’

JAAP Stam has played down speculation linking Reading with a loan move for Manchester United striker James Wilson in January.
The Royals had been keen to bring in the 21-yearold, who has previously spent time on loan at Derby and Birmingham, last summer and, along with Leeds, have been tipped to go back in for him.
However, Stam explained that, for now, Reading’s focus is elsewhere when it comes to recruiting in January, with Wilson not top priority as it stands.
