JAMIE Paterson says the tough love shown by manager Lee Johnson is the catalyst for his upturn in form.
The Bristol City winger has scored in their last three home games after a spell on the sidelines. His last start before this month was in mid-January.
“Sometimes when you’re out of the team it’s a wake-up call for you,” said 25-year-old Paterson.
