GOLDSON BONUS FEE RULED OUT

SHREWSBURY have missed out on a bonus payment for Connor Goldson after the defender was unable to play in enough games during Brighton’s promotion to the Premier League.
Had Goldson turned out in half the Seagulls’ matches, Shrewsbury would have received a bonus as part of the transfer that took him to the south coast two years ago.
The 24-year old made just five league appearances before an issue with his heart was identified in early February.
