HARTLEPOOL manager Dave Jones says he and his players owe it to their club to stay up.
Pools hovered above the drop zone before Saturday’s game against Morecambe following three successive defeats, but Jones will not pile too much pressure on his team.
“Everyone knows how important the games are now and we’ll remind them, but I think they all understand the importance,” said Jones.
“The players have a responsibility – we all do – so the sooner we are safe the sooner we can start to look forward.”
