BOSS Joey Barton is cautiously optimistic about the well-being of Ched Evans and Harvey Saunders after the Fleetwood duo were carried off in their defeat by Hull.
Both players left the pitch in neck braces following firsthalf injuries, with the Tigers going on to progress after goals from Josh Magennis and Reece Burke.
