GARY Rowett, Richie Wellens and Ian Holloway have been rewarded for top results in January with Sky Bet EFL Manager of the Month awards.
New Oxford United boss Rowett picked up the Championship prize after leading his side to mid-table with 12 points from six unbeaten games.
