O’S FAMILY PAY TRIBUTE TO DEREK

DEVASTATED Leyton Orient commemorated the life of supporter Derek Reynolds at yesterday’s home game against Reading. Around 20 fans ran on to the pitch during the O’s match against Lincoln City on Tuesday to alert the referee to a medical emergency in the crowd and the League One match was abandoned. Despite the best efforts of Reynolds’ fellow supporters and medical professionals from the club’s on-site paramedics and doctors, Lincoln City and the London Ambulance Service, the 74-year-old sadly lost his life.
