Stand Out Players In The Championship That Premier League Clubs Should Be Monitoring

The Championship is always a division in which can be a great farm for Premier League clubs to hand pick the best players in the league for usually a cut-throat price compared to other leagues in the world. With the season nearly completed now, and the summer transfer window coming up, we thought we’d look into some of the Championships best players and the ones in which Premier League clubs should certainly be keeping an eye on.

The standout player in the Championship this season has certainly been Emi Buendia for Norwich and is already known for his quality as he’s already had a good season in the Premier League last year. Still only 24-years old and registering 9 goals and 10 assists this season, he is certainly the player that is driving the Norwich promotion push and we can certainly see a Premier League side taking a gamble on him. Football punters have also been taking a gamble on online casinos like these which have been known to be the best sites on the internet and are certainly displaying huge jackpots.

Sticking with teams that are also on the promotion push, we couldn’t make this list without the mention of the top scorer in the league this year Ivan Toney who is in the form of his life having scored 24 goals and registering 9 assists. Toney has just come up from League One having just signed for Brentford from Peterborough in the summer and is certain to either go up in the automatic promotion spots with Brentford or certainly grant himself a move to a Premier League side due to his impressive performances this year.

Ismalia Sarr has been on the radar for many top Premier League sides for some time now, in fact Liverpool lodged a £40 million bid for the exciting winger last summer but the deal fell through. Sarr brings the classic wing style player to Watford which includes sheer pace, skill and youth in which would add value to any Premier League side, and we’d be surprised if we didn’t see him in the Premier League in the coming season.

And finally, Michael Olise has been the surprise package of the Championship this season and at 19-years old certainly seems to be one for the future. The high energy central midfielder doesn’t just give you good passing and tackling skills, but also an impressive goal and assist output which is certainly a desirable skill for many clubs looking for the future.
