MOORE’S ‘SPECIAL’ RETURN

BARNSLEY striker Kieffer Moore could not have asked for a better reception on his return.
The 26-year-old, who has scored 18 goals this term, made a surprise comeback as a sub in the 2-1 win against Shrewsbury on Good Friday after a head injury had initially ruled him out for the rest of the season.
“I was delighted to see and hear the reaction of the fans”, Moore said. “It was amazing really. Stood on the sidelines hearing everyone chanting my name, it was a special moment. I just want to add to my goals tally now and get this club back up.”
