Hull City manager Nigel Atkins has continued preparations for next season by bringing in defender Reece Burke from Premier League side West Ham.
The 21-year-old has been at West Ham for the past four years but has found his first team opportunities limited.
He has previously spent loan spells in the second tier with the likes of Wigan Athletic and most recently Bolton Wanderers.
Speaking to Hull's official club website Burke said, “I had a season in League One with Bradford first but the next step after that was obviously the Championship,” continued Burke.
“It's a very physical league and the experience I gained during those spells with Wigan and Bolton was very, very important.
“The Championship is probably one of the hardest leagues around but I enjoy that and hopefully I can help Hull City to push on in this division.”
