Managing a football team consumes your life. Ask anyone who’s been in a dugout and they’ll tell you the same thing. It’s a 24/7 job that takes up every waking minute.
Finding a work-life balance in that situation can be difficult. It certainly was for me. Over the years, I’ve not always looked after myself properly and it had got to the point where I was dangerously overweight.
