I WAS at Fratton Park for Norwich’s 2-1 win against Portsmouth a couple of weeks ago and the first 45 minutes was the best I’ve seen the Canaries play for a very long time.
It certainly suggested they’ve shaken off last season’s shambolic away form, even if they remain frustratingly inconsistent on the whole.
As ever, though, their success -or lack of it -will be completely dependent on whether Josh Sargent remains at Carrow Road beyond deadline day.
