AHEAD of yesterday’s game against Bolton, Ipswich had enjoyed the new manager bounce under Kieran McKenna that Blues fans were hoping for.
I saw them live against Sunderland at a packed Portman Road when he had just been announced as manager and the Tractor boys were brilliant under John McGreal.
James Norwood scored that day and has been amongst the goals since, though Sone Aluko and George Edmundson were, for me, the best Ipswich players that day.
