SUB Josh Koroma scored twice as Chesterfield put Tranmere to the sword in a win lauded by assistant-boss Danny Webb.
Dilan Markanday and Louie Marsh were also on target for the Spireites, with Dylan Jones and Jacob Slater replying for Tranmere.
