IRONS’ ALVAREZ THREAT TO SUE

WEST Ham’s Edson Alvarez has threatened to sue a film producer who is accusing the Mexico captain of being involved in a kidnapping plot.
Juan Jose Lopez Ordonez – who claims he was commissioned to make a film about the footballer’s life and was owed £150,000 – says he was forced into a vehicle at gunpoint by the family of Alvarez’s former father-in-law Jonathan To-ache Bedolla in 2024.
Ordonez alleged that while Alvarez was not present, he did have knowledge of the plot.
