CHAMPIONSHIP
WORLD Cup star Stephen Eustaquio says the opportunity to work with Vitor Matos convinced him to sign for Swansea.
The Canadian midfielder, 29, has agreed a two-year deal after completing a £3.4m switch from Portuguese giants Porto, where Matos spent several years coaching the youth and reserve sides before leaving to join Jurgen Klopp at Liverpool.
“It was a big part of my decision to come here,” said Eustaquio. “I know what type of work Vitor does, and I know how much he means to the Swansea fans as well.
