MILLWALL boss Alex Neil hailed “a really strong team performance” after a Josh Coburn brace brought an opening-day win against ten-man Bristol City.
The hosts went a man down after 36 minutes when Adam Randell was shown a second yellow for a foul to prevent a counter.
Five minutes later, Co-burn converted a low Ryan Leonard cross, before the striker doubled the advantage after 50 minutes to seal a deserved victory.
