I’M delighted for Bromley, who are heading up to League One just two years after winning promotion from the National League.
I know the manager, Andy Woodman, and a few of his staff and they’ve done a wonderful job there. They haven’t tried to complicate things. They haven’t asked players to do things they aren’t capable of.
They play to the team’s strengths and, ultimately, that is the most important thing in football.
If Andy’s got out-and-out defenders who like to head it and kick it, why would he ask them to play out from the back...
