Jubilant boss Andy Woodman said he was ‘extremely proud’ of everyone at the club after Bromley’s promotion was confirmed.
The Ravens would have gone up on Thursday if they’d beaten Cambridge United, but had to settle for a goalless draw that extended their lead at the top of the table to five points.
However, the Champagne could be cracked open yesterday when Notts County’s home defeat to Barnet ensured Bromley would finish in the top three – and play League One football for the first time in their history next season.
