BOSS David Artell hailed his star striker Andy Cook after the veteran’s double moved Grimsby Town to the brink of the play-off places.
A goal in each half, and one in between one from skipper Kieran Green, took the hosts back up to eighth ahead of Crewe and just one point behind Chesterfield who sit in the final play-off spot.
