Michael O’Neill pointed to the “character” and “spirit” of Blackburn after they scored in stoppage time to salvage a vital point against Portsmouth.
Rovers had the better of an understandably nervy encounter, but looked set to be plunged into further relegation trouble when they were sucker-punched by Connor Ogilvie’s deflected effort in the 84th minute.
