BIRMINGHAM have received a major boost on the injury front ahead of tomorrow night’s clash with Middlesbrough at St Andrew’s.
German left-back Kai Wagner became an instant mainstay after making a £2m switch from MLS side Philadelphia Union in January, starting 11 straight games as the Blues powered up the Championship standings.
But the 29-year-old was withdrawn in agony after landing awkwardly during Wednesday’s 3-0defeat to Millwall at The Den.
