CHARLIE Hughes should be in no rush to leave Hull - even if Crystal Palace do make a blockbuster offer.
The Eagles are reportedly preparing a bid for the 22-year-old centre-back, who is seen as a replacement for Mark Guehi - the England defender who joined Manchester City earlier this month.
Financially, the Tigers are in a vulnerable position because they need to sell players to cover their losses. But if they can manipulate the market to attract other bidders and drive up the price, I think they could demand well in excess of £15m.
