RELIEF was the overriding emotion for West Brom boss Eric Ramsay after sub Chris Mepham headed in a late, late equaliser at Derby.
The defender’s goal, after Patrick Agyemang had fired the Rams ahead at the end of the first half – helped by an error from debutant goalkeeper Max O’Leary – ended a miserable run of ten straight away defeats and gave Ramsay his first point in charge.
