The 2025-26 Emirates FA Cup Third Round Proper promises plenty of drama for EFL sides, with several sides handed headline TV slots as they face Premier League opposition.

Championship outfits enter the fray alongside top-flight sides, with a number of intriguing and potentially lucrative fixtures now confirmed for live broadcast.

Portsmouth hosts Premier League leaders Arsenal, Barnsley faces the faltering champions Liverpool and Exeter City will get to test themselves against red-hot Manchester City.

But here’s everything you need to know in terms of TV coverage for the next stage of the FA Cup.

What prize money and fees are on offer?

The financial rewards ramp up significantly at this stage of the Emirates FA Cup. Clubs progressing to the Fourth Round Proper will receive £121,500.

Even teams who fall at the third-round stage won’t leave empty-handed, with £26,500 awarded to the losers.

For those sides selected for live TV coverage, an £80,000 broadcast fee is guaranteed, paid on top of the standard prize fund.
