Defender Tom O’Connor reckons Peterborough United have the right manager to propel them up League One – but he is not looking beyond getting out of the bottom four first.

Posh have been in the relegation zone since the second week of the season – a start to the campaign that saw Darren Ferguson replaced by Luke Williams at the end of October.
The ex-Notts County and Swansea chief subsequently won his first four games at the helm in all competitions.
But the London Road outfit concluded November with back-to-back league losses against Stevenage and Doncaster.
