Julien Stephan hailed the return of injury-hit former Chelsea defender Jake Clarke-Salter against Hull City before insisting patience was the key in his long-awaited Queens Park Rangers comeback.
The England under-21 international looked in impressive form as he lined up for his first game since undergoing hip surgery in January.
