FLEETWOOD boss Pete Wild says there are “no guarantees” that Denver Hume will play again this season.
The former Sunderland, Portsmouth and Grimsby defender sustained a fractured skull and suffered a bleed on the brain in what Wild described as an “innocuous” collision during training last month.
The 27-year-old has now been cleared to resume light exercise and will undergo another round of testing in January ahead of a possible return.
