£8M-LOSS BREWERS IN SEARCH FOR INVESTORS

BURTON Albion are looking for new investors after confirming the club made a loss of over £8m last season.
The Nordic Football Group (NFC) took over The Brewers last year but they only just held on to their League One status, finishing a point clear of the bottom four.
In a statement on Friday, the League One club said: “During the 2024-25 season, the club recorded a financial loss exceeding £8m.
“This was the result of decisions made that, in hindsight, did not align with the long-term targets...
