The Hatters thought they had a fighting chance of beating the drop when Millenic Alli cancelled out Fellows’ early strike for Albion.
But a second goal for Fellows, a brace for Callum Styles and one from Daryl Dike put paid to their hopes.
Everton and Southampton have shown an interest in the 21-year-old £10m-rated winger amid transfer rumours.
