Gary Rowett believes his achievement in keeping Oxford United up is equal to anything he has managed as a head coach, as his side defeated Sunderland.
Goals from centre halves Ben Nelson and Michal Helik ensured the victory over the Black Cats.
For Sunderland, who were assured of fourth place in the table, it is a fourth successive defeat, and they looked well below the level head coach Regis Le Bris will need in the playoffs.
Oxford boss Rowett delivered his verdict on achieving survival this season after the game.
