Gareth Ainsworth was sacked by QPR after suffering a sixth defeat in a row as they went down to leaders Leicester at Loftus Road.
They pushed the Foxes all the way, eventually succumbing to Harry Winks’s 80th-minute winner, after Andre Dozzell – who was later sent off – had drawn the Hoops level after Stephy Mavididi had fired the visitors into the lead.
