An agent’s work doesn’t stop when the transfer window shuts. Partly because lots of other windows stay open.
The Belgian window is open until next week. The Saudi window is open until September 7. In Turkey, it doesn’t close until September 15.
All of those leagues can still sign players, including from countries where the transfer deadline has already passed. So from an agent’s point of view, the window doesn’t really close – it just gets smaller.
