RYAN Lowe hailed Preston North End’s “phenomenal” defensive record after the stalemate at Cardiff City made it six successive clean sheets to start the season.
The visitors’ sequence matches Chelsea’s record start to the 2005-06 season and while Lowe was delighted with the defensive side of things, he was disappointed not to take more from the game.
