COOK’S BIG PRAISE FOR THE MEDICS

NOTTINGHAM Forest defender Steve Cook has thanked paramedics for saving his father’s life before his side’s 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth.
Former Cherries skipper Cook, who joined Forest for an undisclosed fee in January, said his father had had a heart attack at the Vitality Stadium in a post on Twitter.
Cook, 31, said: “First of all a big congratulations to Bournemouth, but I need to thank the paramedics.
“My dad suffered a cardiac arrest just before the game and they managed to bring him back to life. I’ll forever be grateful for their actions.”...
