BOWEN’S FIRED UP TO SAVE THE DONS

NEW boss Mark Bowen has promised to do everything in his power to keep AFC Wimbledon in League One.
The 58-year-old was appointed manager by the relegation-haunted Dons until the end of the season on Wednesday. It came after Mark Robinson departed on Monday following a 20-game winless run which saw Wimbledon slither into the relegation zone.
Former Norwich and Wales full-back Bowen worked under current Brad- ford boss Mark Hughes at a host of clubs and with Wales, and had a spell as manager of Reading in the 2019-20 season.
